Staff Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Own the design and execution of end-to-end projects in the Commercial ecosystem, integrating and optimizing Salesforce (CRM), CPQ, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms. Collaborate with business, functional, and technical partners to specify requirements and define execution plans based on scope, timeline, and budget. Balance new feature development, technical debt reduction, and defect resolution while managing external vendors and resolving roadblocks. Lead the Scrum team through the development lifecycle, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers to ensure security, data integrity, and performance. Track project outcomes and customer satisfaction against service levels, driving process re-engineering and automation within Salesforce and CPQ environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and technical product management
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, Integrations) and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, or PROS)
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects in a global organization
  • Commercial Domain Expertise: Lead solution design integrating CRM with CPQ engines (e.g., Oracle CPQ), Customer Portal, Pricing platforms to support global pricing, quoting, and order management
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Experience working with others on a global basis
  • Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
  • PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
