Job Summary
Manage end-to-end execution of high-stakes cross-functional programs, developing technical roadmaps and tactical schedules that balance near-term delivery with long-term commercial autonomy. Build trust-based relationships with diverse engineering teams to align technical paths, challenge assumptions, and accelerate development while evaluating complex resource trade-offs for leadership. Synthesize granular technical progress into high-impact insights to drive executive decision-making and design scalable engineering processes that reduce organizational friction. Explore new technical domains proactively to fill execution gaps and ensure program success.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a hands on engineer prior to becoming a TPM
- in robotics, automotive aerospace or technology domains
- Proven experience managing the integration of highly complex, multi-domain technical systems
- Demonstrated experience effectively presenting to and interacting with executive leadership in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with typical agile software development lifecycles and waterfall hardware development lifecycles
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- demonstrated ability to build deep, trusting relationships
- The ability to digest dense, complex technical discussions and accurately extract core conclusions, action items, and trade-offs
- A hyper-organized mindset focusing with breath and depth on the technical details
- Mastery over standard TPM toolbox (Managing burndown lists, Developing Roadmaps, building dependency maps, running workshops, and using the right amount of process in Jira)
- A proactive personal quality characterized by a willingness to fearlessly jump into unknown areas and learn new technical domains quickly
- This position may be contingent upon Stack AV verifying a candidate's residence, U.S. person status, and/or citizenship status
- This position may also involve working with software and technologies subject to U.S. export control regulations
- Under these regulations, it may be necessary for Stack AV to obtain a U.S. government export license prior to releasing its technologies to certain persons
Desired Qualifications
- Strong experience as a hands on engineer prior to becoming a TPM required in robotics, automotive aerospace or technology domains is desired
