Job Summary
Lead strategic, complex programs spanning engineering, product, operations, and editorial teams to power sports streaming and fan engagement experiences. Own project delivery from concept to launch, adapting plans for changing requirements while managing trade-offs and resolving complex issues independently. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define priorities, coordinate deliverables, and influence technical design through data-driven insights. Introduce scalable processes, lead post-event retrospectives, and mentor Senior TPMs and junior team members. Manage a small team of TPMs if applicable, guiding their professional development within Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications
- 10–14 years of program management experience in technology-focused roles
- Experience in digital media, streaming, or live sports platforms
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Devops
- Agile methodologies
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Microsoft Suite
- Background in engineering or technical architecture
- Proven ability to manage complex programs independently
- Adapt to changing priorities
