Job Summary
Lead cross-functional programs delivering customer-focused product capabilities for IoT platforms; partner with Product Management, Security Technicians, Data Scientists, Hardware, Software, and AI/ML managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Drive delivery by removing roadblocks, defining requirements, negotiating resources, and establishing clear metrics and governance. Communicate program progress to executive leadership and stakeholders, influence multiple organizations, and orchestrate end-to-end solutions across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud domains. This role requires proven technical leadership, the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and a collaborative, low-ego approach aligned with our values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field — or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., technical program management, systems architecture, software engineering, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience with the technical development lifecycle from conception to delivery
- 5+ years of technical project management experience with demonstrated knowledge of program management best practices
- Knowledge of IoT and security hardware; comfort working across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud teams
- Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
