Job Summary
Lead tactical and strategic development processes for Over-The-Air updates, including grooming, sprint planning, and quarterly program planning. Coordinate with internal team leads and external counterpart TPMs to clarify work scope, manage dependencies, and ensure stakeholder readiness. Decompose strategic plans into tactical exercises and design agile processes for tracking OTA projects across diverse domains. Drive execution of the technical vision while enforcing development norms and processes with engineering leaders. Ensure consistent coordination and execution across distributed sites in Palo Alto, Irvine, Belgrade, and Berlin.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields
- 5+ years relevant experience
- 6+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience
- Experience with Atlassian-based applications, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle from user story creation to validation and maintenance
- Experience working with complex systems in either a technical or programs capacity
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think strategically and develop solutions quickly and effectively
- Expert with agile, waterfall, or kanban development processes
- Passion for process improvement and developing strong cross-functional relationships

- Experience with Atlassian-based APIs
- Experience with Software Defined Vehicles
