Job Summary
Staff Technical Program Manager to deliver executive narratives and strategic frameworks; partner with senior leaders to align on emerging technology and workforce shifts, and craft narratives for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include orchestrating executive-level presentations for CTO-board/CEO staff forums, developing data-driven strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations, leading end-to-end strategy initiatives, building narratives that connect tech outcomes to overall strategy, fostering cross-functional relationships, designing operating models to accelerate decision making, and leveraging GenAI to improve craft and automate work.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience delivering strategic and operational impact
- Strategy and operations experience at a high growth startup, management consulting, or strategic/analytical roles at large companies
- Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases
- Demonstrated business and technical acumen, preferably in a SaaS or platform technology company
- Ownership mindset with ability to convert strategic plans into actions and drive projects to completion
- Experienced change management leader able to influence across a cross-functional organization
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities; comfortable leading workshops and business reviews with executives
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with minimal day-to-day direction
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that drive tangible business outcomes
- FinTech and/or SaaS experience a plus
