Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programs within the Coupang Eats Engineering organization, managing schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, Legal, and Finance teams while defining and continuously improving project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. Establish effective governance systems and operational processes to enhance organizational execution, manage portfolio-level risks and progress, and facilitate cross-departmental decision-making. Provide escalation support for critical issues and maintain reporting structures for executive leadership. Strengthen service stability and operational systems by supporting incident response processes and collaborating with engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO or related fields within a technology-based organization
- High understanding of project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience successfully managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational operations capabilities

- English communication capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in e-commerce, gaming, tech companies or rapidly growing (Hyper-growth) environments
- Practical experience in Third-party Security or Risk Management
- Experience utilizing AI and automation tools such as Windsurf and ChatGPT for reporting, documentation, and business process efficiency
- Certifications in project and agile areas such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe
