Staff Technical Program Manager

Staff Technical Program Manager for Crusoe's Managed Inference platform. Own end-to-end program delivery across multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. Drive complex, high-risk programs involving LLM inference, model serving, and multi-tenant capacity planning; coordinate with Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers. Build execution frameworks and dashboards; plan pre-launch activities for model onboarding on new GPU generations (firmware/driver readiness, CUDA/ROCm stack validation). Lead cross-functional alignment, identify risks before they become program-level problems, and deliver data-driven executive updates. Requires 7+ years TPM experience in fast-paced technical environments, familiarity with LLM inference and model serving, multi-tenant systems, fine-tuning and alignment workflows, and executive communication.
