Staff Technical Program Manager

Establish program management structure, cadences, and operating rhythms for the new Sunnyvale office while maintaining tight alignment with Austin-based engineering leadership. Own end-to-end execution of ML infrastructure and operations programs, including data pipelines, training evaluation infrastructure, and model release processes. Lead perception team execution for humanoid robotics, driving roadmap milestones and cross-functional integration into the full robot stack. Serve as the primary program conduit to a key strategic AI partner, ensuring bidirectional communication, translating partner needs into internal plans, and tracking joint deliverables. Set strategic direction for program planning, identify resource requirements, and mentor other TPMs as the team scales.
