Job Summary
Own the department's end-to-end planning operating system, including OKR cycles, quarterly goal-setting, and roadmap management. Lead the weekly execution alignment meeting, centralize artifacts into a reliable source of truth, and drive the transformation of workflows from AI-assisted to AI-native. Serve as a strategic thought partner to VPs of Product and Engineering, coordinating cross-functional projects from inception to launch while proactively identifying and resolving organizational friction. Prepare materials for executive review, stress-test strategies, and manage high-priority time-boxed initiatives such as go/no-go frameworks and data audits. Transform the group's operating system to ensure predictable cycles and remove blockers, enabling the team to focus on hard calls and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience
- A proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Technical fluency
- A deep understanding of relevant technologies
- The ability to make informed technical decisions
- The ability to influence system designs and roadmaps
- Hands-on comfort working with engineering-standard tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Linear)
- Hands-on comfort working with AI agent tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Equivalent experience in software engineering or a similar major
