Job Summary
Staff Technical Program Manager, AI at Cribl leading cross-team AI/telemetry initiatives. Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across multiple teams, pivoting engineering to an agent-first SDLC, managing cross-system integration within the AI workflow (Core Platform, SRE, Support), and ensuring operational readiness for AI-owned capabilities. Provides leadership for development initiatives, defines escalation paths and incident handling, communicates planning and risk status to stakeholders, and shapes TPM practices. Works in a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment and collaborates with AI Engineering, product, and executives to drive high-quality AI-enabled software delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager
- Machine learning experience in applied settings
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI (e.g., machine learning, model lifecycle, data pipelines)
- Experience designing workflows where AI accelerates execution without compromising system quality
- Fluency in providing deep technical, product, and user context to AI systems
- Experience delivering complex projects across multiple groups
- Excellent verbal and written skills for executives and engineers
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders and leadership to develop systems, solutions, and products
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks
- Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and public cloud (AWS, Azure)
