Job Summary
Drive explosive and non-explosive material to and from storage areas and production facilities, performing prior to use inspections on vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Operate warehouse and Combilift style forklifts, hoists, and cranes while loading, unloading trucks, and blocking and bracing loads. Execute accountability movements and confirm transfer orders within SAP/PRISM, preparing material for demilitarization, disposal, and shipment compliant with governing regulations. Maintain Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement and medical card, documenting driver logs and ensuring load security on transport vehicles. This onsite role supports logistics services for ammunition, arms, and explosives within Earth Covered Magazines, requiring active Secret clearance and familiarity with explosive storage requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement
- Have and maintain a CDL Medical Card (Medical Examiners Certificate)
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
