Staff Supervisor Regional Services (68956)

Provide remote, 24/7 supervision to Regional Crisis Line programs, including consultations, debriefing, arranging coverage, and as needed answering incoming calls to engage clients in emotional support using suicide intervention techniques. Maintain the 24/7 Crisis Counselor schedule, facilitate breaks to reduce impact on call metrics, and audit Police Interventions and CPS/APS reports monthly. Collaborate across Behavioral Health programs to promote alignment, create and maintain a Microsoft Teams platform for staff training and supervision, and assist in staff interviews and new hire onboarding including Paycom onboarding and technology setup. Track metrics, identify trends, implement improvement measures, and monitor staff compliance with agency policies and standard operating procedures. Actively participate in audit and accreditation activities and assist in retention strategies. Requires a master's degree, three years of supervisory experience, and a secured wired home internet connection of at least 100Mbps download speed.
