Job Summary
Define, develop, and support ATE test solutions for Lightmatter's Silicon Photonics products, including pre-silicon characterization, manufacturing test plans, and coverage gap analysis. Actively debug product failures with multi-functional teams to drive correlation between simulation, bench, and tester environments while collaborating with OSAT vendors on test software and hardware infrastructure. Lead test time reduction for high-volume manufacturing ramping and partner with foundries to increase yields, capacity, and reduce production costs. Write and maintain scripts and tools to enhance group productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of ATE Test Development Experience using Advantest V93000 or Teradyne
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Java
- Experience maintaining and releasing ATE test programs to OSAT
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools, such as excel, JMP, etc
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Candidates should have capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws
Desired Qualifications
- Mixed Signal and high speed Serdes test experience
- Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including Scan
- Able to read and understand firmware code
