Job Summary
Support procurement operational activities including purchase order support, invoice-related inquiries, supplier requests, and system transactions with accurate validations and documentation. Maintain precise records within designated systems while ensuring all work aligns with established policies, controls, and compliance requirements. Contribute to knowledge management by developing FAQs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures, and identify recurring issues to recommend process improvements. Support digital adoption by facilitating the implementation of automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled tools, and participate in testing, training, and change management initiatives. Collaborate with Solutions Hub colleagues, Procurement teams, and global stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- business-level Japanese speaking, writing, and reading skills
- Experience in customer support, service delivery, procurement operations, finance operations, or shared services environments
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and working-level English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and operational controls
- Experience using business systems and digital tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Exposure to automation, GenAI, workflow technologies, or continuous improvement initiatives
