Job Summary
Integrate AI models into customer-facing features and workflows at scale while driving architectural decisions and setting technical direction across the team. Own features end-to-end, from design through production, and mentor engineers through code review and technical guidance. Solve complex problems by transforming them into business solutions, leveraging expertise in Python, React, AWS, and Kubernetes to build tools that automate development and deployment. Plan and scale distributed applications using synchronous and asynchronous patterns, ensuring high-quality, well-structured code in an agile environment. Work closely with Product Managers and UX designers to investigate technical feasibility and deliver urgent, high-quality software.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with React and Python or comparable language (Java, Node.js) in developing, maintaining and deploying software
- Proven track record of driving architectural decisions and technical direction
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
- Proactively find problems of existing system/product without guidance and offer solutions
- Solid knowledge in cloud computing, especially AWS
- Capability to understand the codebase and drive assigned request to improve it, such as migrating it to modern frameworks
- Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably in a startup or dynamic tech company
- Strong English and Hungarian communication skills

- Interest in AI technology and staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field is advantage
