Own delivery of systems from start-to-finish, ensuring quality and scale in production. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8 + years of experience, demonstrated ability to influence architecture across teams
- Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code and serverless technologies
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Successful delivery of complex and scalable software solutions with a strategic impact on business outcomes
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and security best practices
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent
- Expertise in AWS Cloud with emphasis on data ingestion, business intelligence, and security best practices
- Experience with STM32 firmware boards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sensor-integrated IoT hardware is highly desirable
- Experience with AI Spec-Driven development
