Staff Software Engineer

Staff Software Engineer responsible for leading design and architecture of major systems within WellSky Hospice and Palliative. Must drive scalable, reliable, maintainable software aligned with client needs; collaborate with solution managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements; lead code reviews and provide guidance to elevate skills and productivity; drive adoption of new technologies and AI capabilities to improve performance and workflows; ensure rigorous testing (unit, integration, automation) and contribute to continuous delivery. Experience with C# or OO languages, Angular or modern web UIs, PostgreSQL, cloud (GCP), containerized deployments (Docker), and testing tools (e.g., Playwright). Mission includes leveraging AI tools to inform decisions and working in a healthcare software context with on-call expectations and security/compliance considerations.
