Job Summary
Coordinate project technical deliverables and deployments, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members while partnering with Solution Architecture on new solutions and technology improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technology improvements and ensure best practices are followed through monitoring and review. Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Git, and JIRA, with 10+ years of progressive technology experience.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of development in Microsoft Azure including but not limited to; experience with Azure Data Factory, Application Services, SQL Managed Instances, Databricks, Power BI and Azure DevOps
- Experience with version control (Git) and ticketing tools (JIRA, DevOps)
- Knowledge of automated testing practices and SDLC standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology domains
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in P&C Insurance industry is an asset
- Experience in leadership or mentorship capacity is an asset
