Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain full stack internal applications supporting risk, compliance, and business workflows by developing scalable backend services, APIs, and data integrations connecting logic with Snowflake and enterprise platforms. Construct intuitive frontend experiences, visualization dashboards, and workflow tools to help users interpret data and complete operational tasks efficiently. Integrate AI infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity, automation, and decision support within internal applications. Partner with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous processes into clear technical designs, system workflows, and implementation plans. Own architecture and technical direction for complex components, including infrastructure, reliability, observability, and security. Establish engineering practices for full stack development, testing, release management, and operational support while mentoring engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce operational burden, and increase developer productivity across cross-functional partners including risk, compliance, data, security, and product teams.
