Job Summary

This role leads the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions. You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, define and enforce standards for development and deployment, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic Salesforce-based solutions, maintain a framework ensuring delivered work meets functional and non-functional requirements, and provide technical leadership to define a forward-looking roadmap for the platform. You will represent Salesforce engineering across technical and non-technical domains to persuade stakeholders and drive consensus on envisioned solutions, actively lead in engineering more complex aspects of Salesforce implementations, and support risk management and data security commitments. The position requires extensive Salesforce experience and hands-on expertise across Classic/Lightning, diverse Clouds, and related development tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field
  • 8+ years of software engineering or similar domain
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation, integration, and enhancement projects
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning (Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex)
  • Experience across multiple Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
  • Salesforce certifications in related domains (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Admin, Advanced Admin, Technical Architect)
  • Experience with CI/CD and test automation tools (e.g., GitLab, Harness, JFrog Artifactory)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
  • Experience building Salesforce Community sites
  • Ability to work independently in the United States at date of hire
