Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain critical backend systems for capture services, event pipelines, and AI/intelligence workflows within a Python-first monorepo. Lead technical execution for ambiguous projects spanning shared platform models, async workers, and APIs that ingest communications data from enterprise sources like Microsoft, Slack, and Salesforce. Debug production issues involving data correctness, API behavior, and scale while improving reliability and observability across the codebase. Mentor engineers through design reviews and architectural judgment to raise team quality.
