Job Summary
Set the craft standard by applying expert systems thinking and AI-native approaches to make previously impossible work the new baseline. Find high-impact problems others miss and shape solutions that strengthen the data asset across the patient financial lifecycle. Drive workstream delivery end-to-end, setting ambitious milestones, sequencing work for early value, and unblocking peers proactively. Shape product direction cross-functionally while adjusting approaches through pivots. Build tools and systems that create structural leverage, multiplying impact well beyond your own workstream. Coach peers on compounding impact and advocate for strong candidates at the hiring bar. Requires 8+ years of experience building production systems at scale with hands-on proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript. Full-time role with benefits and sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems at scale
- Expert craft and strong systems thinking across multiple systems or surfaces
- A track record of finding high-impact problems others miss and driving solutions end-to-end
- Experience setting ambitious but feasible milestones and sequencing work to deliver value early
- Hands-on proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript; you write and review code daily
- Experience building tools or shared systems that make a whole team faster
- Working knowledge of application security and compliance-regulated environments; HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2 exposure
- A habit of coaching peers and giving actionable feedback
