Job Summary
Plan, implement, and take full ownership of core backend features across audience targeting, keyword-association search, and the management API. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, TSE, and DevOps on design and architecture decisions while working on the audience-activation layer that bridges data to downstream targeting systems. Lead and mentor other developers, providing guidance on complex, cross-service projects and participating in refactoring system components to improve performance and stability.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production
- Deep understanding in Java programming (Spring Boot/Spring-A must!)
- Experience with designing and implementing architecture web systems
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (MySql, Elasticsearch, Redis, Vertica)
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- A highly motivated team player with a strong can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
- A self-starter that can work independently and multi-task effectively
- Passionate and eager to learn new technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in modern UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, React)
- Ruby expertise (Sinatra/Rails-style frameworks, ActiveRecord)
- Experience with GraphQL API design
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS
