Job Summary
Hands-on Infrastructure Tech Lead role building foundational cloud infrastructure for an AI-driven enterprise analytics platform. Architect and implement scalable AWS-based infrastructure (ECS/Fargate, containerized Python/Node services), manage production-grade workflows (Temporal), and ensure security/compliance (SOC 2, IAM, encryption). Lead operational excellence with IaC standards, deployment pipelines, incident response, SLOs, and on-call practices. Collaborate across product, backend, frontend, and enterprise customers to translate requirements into pragmatic infrastructure solutions. Requires 7+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure experience and a strong track record delivering production-ready systems in a distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years building and scaling mission-critical cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP
- experience architecting platforms from the ground up
- production experience with ECS/Fargate, Kubernetes
- infrastructure-as-code fluency (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- CI/CD design and GitOps workflows
- experience with Postgres, Redis, Temporal, SQS, Kafka
- security/compliance experience (SOC 2, IAM, VPC, secrets management)
- ability to own systems end-to-end and deliver production-ready solutions
