Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications for the Securonix Unified Defense SIEM platform, focusing on performance, maintainability, and complex cybersecurity solutions. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and security analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications, implement features, and lead design efforts for high-impact software. Oversee and mentor a team of developers while conducting code reviews to uphold quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, API specs, and the enhancement of development processes, tools, and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI agent integration and microservices architecture, while integrating new tools into the CI/CD lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Java/Python and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with SQL and database systems, such as MySQL, MariaDB
- Good Knowledge on AI Tools & Agent Integration Experience
- Solid understanding of CI/CD development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with GIT version control (Github/Bitbucket/GitLab)
- Experience with Java build tools, such as Maven or Gradle
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Experience with testing frameworks and libraries, such as JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to upskill in Laravel/PHP, IaC, SaaS Environment concepts and queue-based architecture
