Job Summary
Staff Software Engineer to own and shape the integration systems for healthcare reimbursement platform. Lead architectural decisions across healthcare data pipelines, SFTP ingestion, EHR platform connections, and partner APIs. Hands-on production coding, design reviews, and end-to-end ownership of integrations. Translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data, platform, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, well-instrumented, scalable integrations. Extra credentials include healthcare integration experience (EDI, HL7/FHIR), Python in production, and familiarity with data-intensive regulated environments. Core hubs are Los Angeles and New York, with remote/hybrid flexibility varying by role; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years software engineering experience with a strong backend focus
