Job Summary
Senior Staff Software Engineer to shape AI features and integrations for Cribl's observability platform. Collaborate with the founding team and engineers to prototype and deploy AI capabilities, including integrating Generative AI tech, working across backend and frontend, and leveraging LLMs and ML models. Requires problem solving from first principles, productionizing AI-based integrations, and staying current with AI trends. Role involves on-call duties and remote-friendly work in a remote-first company with base salary $225k–$265k USD and equity/bonus eligible. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of experience; strong expertise in Typescript/JavaScript (Node/React) and ML Ops.
