Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Developer Experience

Staff Engineer, Cloud Developer Experience responsible for owning and evolving the CI/CD architecture and developer-facing experience. Lead end-to-end delivery from code merge to production, champion progressive delivery practices (canary deployments, automated rollbacks), build tooling to make deployments observable and self-service, and evolve the Internal Developer Portal. Collaborate across timezones with senior engineers and engineering leaders; contribute hands-on in Go and Python; embed AI-assisted workflows into the SDLC; work with cloud-native/Kubernetes platforms; drive reliability, speed, and predictability of pipelines; and shape engineering practices for a global organisation.
