Staff Software Engineer-AI at DigitalOcean leading architecture for mass-scale multi-agent AI simulation systems. Defines architectural vision for high-throughput, stateful workflow orchestration and multi-turn simulations; leads integration of AI/ML platforms, LLM orchestration, synthetic data generation, and behavioral simulation. Responsibilities include end-to-end simulation architecture, persona/scenario generation from historical data, What-If evaluation frameworks, API contracts, and cross-functional leadership across Product Managers and engineering leaders. Requires 10+ years of software engineering, expertise in distributed systems, API design (gRPC), and backend infrastructure for AI/ML products. This role is located in Hyderabad, India with Hybrid work arrangement.
