Job Summary
Define AI architecture patterns and principles for production features, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool use. Build and expand AI capabilities on AWS infrastructure using Node.js, Vue/React, and Claude via AWS Bedrock. Collaborate cross-team with product managers and the CTO to translate AI vision into shippable work that transforms how 5,000+ customers interact with the platform. Own key AI initiatives end-to-end, making architectural decisions that directly impact customer outcomes while maintaining low-ego, high-ownership culture.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- strong Node.js and Vue/React skills
- Hands-on production experience with AI: RAG, agentic capabilities, tool use, or prompt engineering
- Solid AWS experience – you've run production workloads in serverless and container environments
- Software engineer first – you build on LLMs, not just talk about them
- You take ownership and collaborate well – you care about the outcome
- Hybrid from Helsinki or Malmö
- AWS Bedrock experience
- Atlassian ecosystem knowledge
