Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems by architecting software applications, conducting system testing, and debugging complex production issues. Lead operational excellence through automation and reliability improvements, driving root-cause resolution and enhancing observability. Serve as the technical lead for complex production challenges, establishing operational best practices and ensuring applications meet availability, compliance, audit, and supportability standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects. Requires 7+ years of experience in C/C++ and/or .NET, 3+ years with Linux/Windows environments, and a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and multithreading. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in one of the following: C/C++ and/or .NET
- 3+ years of experience with Linux/Windows environments and GitHub
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing, troubleshooting and maintaining high-performance applications
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues, with focus on performance, stability, and reliability
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, memory management, and multithreading
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare claims processing, adjudication, or pricing systems
