Job Summary
Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead evolution of Finalsite’s infrastructure reliability and observability across a multi-cloud environment (AWS/GCP). Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, building observability practices (monitoring, dashboards, SLOs), driving IaC standards, supporting platform modernization, incident response, and leveraging AI-assisted tooling. Requires senior-level experience, strong AWS/GCP expertise, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD automation, observability and incident management skills, and experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools. Fully remote within the United States; residency in the US is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience as a Staff SRE or senior-level infrastructure engineer
- Strong expertise in AWS and GCP
- Hands-on Kubernetes operations experience
- Experience with CI/CD infrastructure and deployment automation
- Familiarity with observability tools and incident management
- Terraform or similar IaC tooling
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
