Staff - Signal Integrity Engineer

Job Summary
Lead design and development of complex high-speed signal integrity solutions for digital PCB systems, including system architecture, schematics, BOMs, and implementation plans. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams as a subject-matter expert, own project execution across planning, scheduling, and resources, review customer requirements as primary technical interface, evaluate design trade-offs for performance, cost, and manufacturability, drive system validation including lab testing and correlation between simulations and measurements, oversee physical layer compliance testing to meet industry standards, lead cross-functional deployment initiatives, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and maintain technical documentation and project updates. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engineering capabilities. Physical demands include office environment with possible travel.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 12+ years technical engineering experience OR
- 8+ years technical engineering experience OR
- 6+ years technical engineering experience
- equivalent experience
