Staff/ Senior Staff Product Application Engineer

Lead a team to design, implement and execute comprehensive test plans for PCIe and NVMe enterprise solid-state drives (eSSDs). Manage test plans, oversee testing progress, identify issues, and report findings to ensure compliance with design specifications and customer standards. Perform initial failure triage and collaborate with SOC, FW, and HW teams to address and resolve issues. Conduct test gap analysis to ensure reliable integration and product quality. Work with FAE/CAE to address customer inquiries, debug and resolve issues, maintaining clear communication and prompt responses. Foster open communication to enable efficient problem-solving and enhance overall product quality.
