Job Summary
Staff/Senior Product Manager for Video Intelligence owns the product strategy and roadmap for Mux's AI-enabled video intelligence offerings. The role spans QoE and engagement data and extends into AI-native interfaces, semantic search, vector infrastructure, and MCP surfaces. You will define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market for new capabilities, run competitive research and customer discovery, and work with engineering to make data infrastructure consumable by LLMs. Collaboration with product marketing on positioning and launches is required, and you’ll shape how customers build AI-powered video applications. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of PM experience in AI, data infrastructure, or data platforms, have launched products before, possess strong written communication, and can translate complex data products for customers, founders, and boards. Based in San Francisco with remote options and offices in SF, NYC, and London, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of product management experience, with meaningful time in AI, data infrastructure, or data platform products
- experience taking a product to market: pricing it, positioning it, launching it
- strong written communication skills
- working knowledge of data systems, databases, data access patterns, query layers, and making data useful for downstream systems including LLMs
- based in San Francisco and available to work from our office
