Job Summary
Staff/Senior PAC (Pump, Abatement, and Chiller) Engineer within OCT Manufacturing Technology Enablement. Lead global efforts to improve PAC system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency by standardizing processes, aligning BKMs, and driving continuous improvement. Partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to analyze performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvements across safety, cost, sustainability, and equipment performance. Develop and maintain PAC documentation, lead multiple projects from planning to review, and communicate progress, risks, and results across a global network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, facilities engineering, or related technical roles
- Experience working with pump, abatement, chiller systems, or similar facility/equipment systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across global teams
