Job Summary
Senior Program Manager in the Logistics Operations Center (LOC) for Coupang Taiwan, leading end-to-end logistics initiatives across first-, middle-, and last-mile; defining scope, OKRs, and success metrics; designing unified reporting and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI); driving PDD performance improvements, operational excellence, and cross-functional problem solving; translating insights into executable programs and SOP changes; engaging with hub managers, Product, Engineering, Finance, and regional KR teams to optimize delivery performance and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
