Staff Security Engineer, SOAR

Job Summary
Design, deploy, and maintain the Securing Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) capabilities for a multi-service platform. Develop automations interacting with multiple products/services to secure the enterprise. Build integrations and workflows to enrich decision making, and leverage AI tooling to provide additional context for security events. Write production-grade code with unit and integration tests to deliver a mature internal service offering to the security organization. Requires 8-10 years of security tooling development with Python/GoLang, experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD, and Git, plus a passion for building tooling and security products.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in developing security tooling using Python, GoLang, or similar languages
- experience with modern deployment/orchestration stacks such as ArgoCD and Kubernetes
- experience using Git for source control
- ability to design, deploy, and maintain SOAR capabilities across a multi-service platform
- ability to develop integrations and automation to enrich decision making
- experience writing production-grade code with unit and integration tests
- familiarity with SOAR platforms and security tooling
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- desire to build security products and tooling
- strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
