Job Summary
Oversee environmental, stormwater, and wildfire restoration projects in Northern California for utility, municipal, and private industrial clients. Manage project execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and client expectations while supporting team development through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Conduct site inspections and perform work in compliance with applicable regulations, professional standards, and established safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, construction crews, and project team members to address safety or compliance concerns. Requires a Qualified Stormwater Practitioner certification or ability to obtain it within 1-2 years, 3+ years of relevant experience, and ability to travel within the region. Full-time 40-45 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- A clean driving record
- Ability to travel within the Northern California region
- Written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, construction crews and project team members
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail skills
- Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing project deliverables on schedule
- Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Field work experience (site inspections)
- Writing, problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
- A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Qualified Stormwater Practitioner (QSP) Certification or ability to obtain certification within 1-2 years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in permitting, SWPPPs and BMP design
