Job Summary
Conduct experiments in mouse models and high-dimensional immune assays to develop and test novel immune therapies, including T cell redirection and bispecific engagers. Independently manage projects through literature reviews, experimental design, and data analysis under the guidance of the laboratory PI. Contribute to research reports, publications, and oral presentations, with opportunities for scientific conference symposia. Mentor junior investigators while collaborating with bioinformaticians and clinical partners to advance translational applications in immunotherapies and disease modeling.
Required Qualifications
- PhD and/or MD in a relevant field (immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, computational biology, or related fields)
- Track record of productive research, with high quality publications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with strong aptitude for collaboration, particularly with bioinformaticians and clinical collaborators
- Experience in immunology and animal models/animal handling (mice)
- Must be able to handle relocation assistance (eligibility)
- Must be eligible for H-1B visa sponsorship (already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S.)
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience in flow cytometry, viral vectors, single cell transcriptomics, gene editing, molecular biology, proteomics, immunohistochemistry, and/or microscopy
