Staff Scheduler/Central Supply

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Med Techs while managing overtime reduction and ensuring timekeeping accuracy. Respond promptly to call-outs to secure appropriate coverage and avoid staffing gaps. Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts. Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts. Collaborate with department supervisors and vendors to address defective goods or services, maintain records for reconciliation, and ensure all purchase orders are properly prepared and submitted. Order, store, and stock medical supplies for healthcare staff use.
