Staff RN - Trauma Intermediate Care, Grant, Nights

Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments for patients and families along the health-illness continuum in the Trauma Unit 1. Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate responses to achieve appropriate patient outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team. Actively participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires an Associate's Degree, BLS certification, and Registered Nurse licensure. Scheduled for 36 weekly hours during the night shift.
