Staff RN-Surgical Unit 2 (Nights) (Columbus)

Conduct general nursing care for patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses; and evaluate responses to interventions and achievement of outcomes. Actively participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires a Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and a state driver's license. Scheduled for 36 weekly hours on the night shift.
