Job Summary
Staff RN responsible for general nursing care in a High Reliability Organization. Performs health status assessments, identifies outcomes, plans and documents interventions, and evaluates patient responses as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participates in process improvement to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Requires BLS, RN licensure through the Ohio Board of Nursing, and a State Driver's License. Night shift for Short Stay Unit 1; 36 hours/week. Emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in care delivery. Columbus, OH location; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
