Staff RN- Surgical ICU, Nights, Riverside

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Surgical ICU, documenting responses to interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary data. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within this High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Scheduled for 36 weekly hours on nights.
