Job Summary
Staff RN for Surgical Intensive Care Unit responsible for providing general nursing care to ICU patients, performing assessments and planning, implementing interventions, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Night shift (7a-7p) with full-time schedule (36 hours/week) and potential weekend/shift differential. Requires RN licensure with the Ohio Board of Nursing and BLS, CPR certifications. Emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization framework; opportunities to participate in process improvement and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
