Staff RN - SSC

Manages individualized nursing care using the nursing process, providing treatment and services focused on patient outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills for coordinating care with physicians and healthcare teams, and involves extensive patient assessment and documentation. RN must demonstrate proficiency in medication administration, care planning, safety compliance, and professional development, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and collaboration. Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are required. Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support are mandatory, along with a valid Registered Nurse license.
