Job Summary
RN role in Special Care Nursery (24hr/wk, night) with responsibilities including initial and ongoing health assessments, nursing interventions planning and execution, evaluation of patient responses, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and process-improvement leadership within a High Reliability Organization framework. Requirements include an Associate's Degree, active RN license in Ohio, BLS certification, and BSN required after 5 years of employment. Required Qualifications
