Staff RN - Perioperative Float, Casual, Doctors Hospital

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Document planned interventions and outcomes based on nursing diagnoses, while delegating tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participate in multidisciplinary process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within a High Reliability Organization framework. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Part-time casual role with at least one shift per pay period.
